Prof. Sushanta Lahiri is a dedicated finance academic and UGC-NET qualified professional with over 7 years of experience in academics. She holds an MBA in Finance and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Management from Symbiosis International University.

Before entering academia, she gained industry experience as a Fundamental Equity Research Analyst with reputed firms including ITI Securities, Mirae Asset, and Sharekhan. Her teaching and research interests lie in Security Analysis & Portfolio Management, Capital Budgeting, Financial Risk, and Time Series Forecasting.

Prof. Lahiri has published numerous research papers, book chapters, and case studies in reputed journals and academic publications. Her commitment to continuous learning is reflected in her completion of the Executive Management Development Program in Financial Data Analytics at IIM Kashipur and participation in a Research Summer School at IIM Calcutta.

She brings a research-driven, industry-informed approach to finance education, inspiring students to explore the analytical and strategic aspects of the field.
