Prof. Ritu Tuli is a finance academic and industry professional with over 15 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, and higher education. She holds an MBA in Finance and has worked on high-value financial mandates including Mergers & Acquisitions, GDR issues, IPOs, Amalgamations, and Debt Syndication.

Her academic expertise lies in Security Analysis & Portfolio Management, Fundamental Analysis, and Project Finance. She also serves as a faculty facilitator for NSE-certified finance programs, bridging academic learning with real-world market application.

Prof. Ritu Tuli’s research interests include corporate finance and portfolio management, with several publications in reputed journals. She has contributed to academic development as a syllabus review committee member for Mumbai University’s MMS program and is a certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 standards.
