Dr. Mouchumi Deka is an experienced educator and researcher with over 10 years in higher education. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Philosophy from Assam Central University, where her dissertation, “Experiments in Education and Pedagogy with special reference to Gandhi, Tagore, and Paulo Freire,” explored foundational learning theories.

Beginning her academic career in 2015 at Guwahati College, Dr. Deka has since taught at the University of Meghalaya, Cotton State University, and SNDT University’s Educational Technology Department. In January 2020, she joined MET PGDM, where she integrates innovative technology-driven methods into her teaching.

Passionate about making learning engaging, Dr. Deka specializes in applying constructivist and technology-enhanced pedagogies to foster student motivation and deeper understanding. Her journey reflects a commitment to continual growth, creativity, and the transformative power of education.
