MET Centre of Educational Technology oraganised Faculty Development Programme Workshop Series: Mentoring for Shaping Value-Driven Leadership on 1st & 2nd July 2026.
Over these two days, MET faculty came together not just to learn but to reflect, share, and grow as mentors. The theme of this FDP was centred around empowering educators to effectively mentor and guide students who will shape the future of India. The sessions highlighted how educators play a vital role in shaping students beyond academics by nurturing emotional resilience, empathy, values, and ethical thinking, which truly define value-driven leadership.
We are deeply grateful to our inspiring resource persons: Dr. Rajendra Barve, Renowned Psychiatrist & Life Coach; Ms. Arati Nagaraj, Director, Abhyudaya - SPJIMR; Dr. Harshada Mulay, Associate Professor, MET Institute of PGDM; Dr. Pratik Surana, International Corporate Trainer & EI Expert; Ms. Anupama Kotiankar, Mental Health Professional, YourDost; Dr. Farida Virani, Professor, MET Institute of Management.
A special note of thanks to Mr. Pankaj Bhujbal, Hon. Trustee, MET for his support and encouragement, and Dr. Vaishali Kulkarni, Dean, MET Institute of PGDM, for guiding practical implementation of the mentorship programme.
Here’s to continuing the journey of shaping not just capable professionals, but compassionate and value-driven leaders.
